Who we are
This website is run by IGNITE Beats, the data controller for the information you send through it. To ask about your data, use the contact form and choose “Other”.
What we collect and why
- Booking and collaboration forms: the details you enter, used to reply to you and to arrange a booking or project. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
- Mailing list: your email address, used only to send news about releases and dates. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website, and forwarded to us by email. Mailing-list addresses are also stored with Netlify. We keep enquiries for 24 months and then delete them, and you can leave the mailing list at any time. We never sell your details.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your cookie choice in your browser's local storage, which is strictly necessary.
- Music and video players. Tracks play through SoundCloud and YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode). The players load only when you press play, next to a notice that they may set cookies. Those services then process data under their own policies.
- Visit statistics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. It loads only if you allow statistics, and sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* that last up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or withdraw consent. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
